The beach parties offer fantastic entertainment and a lively atmosphere.
The food was often cold and lacked variety, which needs significant improvement.

The well-kept gardens and spacious paths made it effortlessly easy to navigate the resort. Everything was so bright and airy, it instantly lifted my spirits and made each day a delightful stroll.
More shaded seating areas by the pools would help.

The staff really made our stay enjoyable. From check-in, they were friendly and attentive. The Aqua Park brought endless fun for the kids. Clean pools kept us all happy. Our room was spacious and tidy, perfect for our family of four. The food had plenty of options but could use more variety for vegetarian diets. Sometimes the main restaurant's food was lukewarm, which was disappointing. I noticed some areas needed maintenance. a few tiles in the bathrooms looked a bit worn and the gym could use more equipment. The evening entertainment could be better. I didn't enjoy the belly dancing show, especially since kids were present. Overall, a good family holiday, but a few areas could spark some improvements.

The vibe was super chill, and I especially enjoyed the massages at the spa after a day in the sun. The only thing I’d say is they could use a bit more variety in the dining options, but it didn’t spoil my great time! 🌊

Had an amazing trip with friends! The complimentary beach shuttle made getting to the shared beach easy. We enjoyed snorkeling, diving, and some fun tennis matches. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the food options were great. Definitely recommend checking out the water slides and the vibrant restaurant scene.
The only downside was that the WiFi only worked in the lobby, which made it tough to stay connected in our room.

Great Family Vacation with Room for Improvement
We spent 5 nights in an interconnecting family room. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially the animation team which made the kids’ experience unforgettable. However, food quality could use improvement—it often lacked flavor despite the buffet variety. A shuttle service to town would enhance convenience for excursions.

The interconnecting family room was spacious and really comfortable for us and the kids. Housekeeping did a great job. they made cute towel animals and put flowers in the room every day. Blackout curtains worked well, so the kids could sleep in. But the bathroom drainage wasn’t perfect—sometimes the shower water would sit there a bit. Still, housekeeping took care of it daily.
